At Overlays, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
